After leaving Florida State University (Economics/Public Administration), Frank followed his passion and became a firefighter with the North Naples Fire Department.

After 10 years of serving the public, he sustained a back injury which led him to early retirement. This did not deter him from what he knew and loved most, helping people and fire. He obtained certifications as a fire inspector and fire investigator on his way to a new chapter with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). 

For the eight years, Frank was a Fire Protection Specialist (life safety surveyor) in both the Tallahassee and Jacksonville offices. Recently, he joined the CE-Tech team to provide education to facilities and assist in maintaining a constant state of compliance.
