During this session, the requirements of different healthcare-related forms will be reviewed and the legalities of releasing medical records under certain circumstances will be discussed.

About the Speakers

Erin is an equity partner in the firm’s Tampa office. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and was then commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force after successfully completing the Air Force ROTC program and served four years on active duty as an Officer and Registered Nurse. Ms. Diaz thereafter earned her Juris Doctor with honors. Her extensive background in nursing has proven to be a valuable asset in her law practice. She has litigated a wide variety of general civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Ms. Diaz represents clients in the defense of professional malpractice, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, automobile/trucking negligence, construction and long-term care claims.

Holly joined Wicker Smith in 2007 and is a partner in the Jacksonville and Brunswick offices. She focuses her practice on defending claims in matters of general negligence, personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, insurance agent malpractice, products liability, automobile negligence, transportation, and construction-defect litigation.
