Debbie has been in the medical field for over thirty years, with Florida Orthopaedic Institute for twenty-five years and the Chief Administrative Officer of the Facility since 2003. Debbie’s responsibilities range from daily management and strategic planning for the successful operation of FOISC to developing successful strategies in bringing awareness and understanding of risk and quality-related issues to ensure the highest quality of patient care and patient safety. 

Tracey has an extensive background in acute and non-acute nursing, healthcare clinical operations consulting, and supply chain management. She works with healthcare providers, suppliers and distributors to identify opportunities for supply cost savings, maximize reimbursement while improving the delivery and quality of patient care.

Robert has worked in the ASC industry since 1996 in a multitude of roles and responsibilities for both corporate and independent ASC’s.  He has served in his present position as Executive Director for the independently owned CenterOne Surgery Center since 2013.  Robert has served on the Board of Directors for FSASC since 2015.
